What do you serve?

8 Mile Pies is committed to serving the best Detroit Pies in Dallas. We were inspired by Via 313 in Austin and craved it so much we started making our own here in Dallas. We are committed to using the best ingredients and organic whenever possible. We’re not in this for volume, we’re not in this to become gajillionaires. We are focused on serving quality Detroit pies in the different Dallas villages. Cutting costs will never be an option.

When can I order Detroit Pies?

We open up our online ordering on Sunday at 8pm for Tuesday and Saturday evening pickups. The ordering page will be enabled at that time so there will not be a chance to pre fill our ordering template. Quantities are limited and we’re scaling up organically without sacrificing on quality.

Where is my order confirmation?

We will send an email with your order confirmation with pickup location and time details along with payment information by 10PM the day you placed your order.

Where is 8 Mile Pies located?

When we first started, we sold to our friends out of our home kitchen Oak Lawn. Now that we’ve grown, we’re partnering with commercial kitchens to prep and fire up our pies. We’re planning on partnerships with bakeries and kitchens in Oak Lawn, Lake Highlands, Plano and Frisco before the end of 2020.

What’s the plan?

We love the set up we have now with our partners and have no plans to open up a brick and mortar during covid szn. We will eventually be serving pies without having to pre-order! Yay!!!
